I can't say enough great things about this medical center, I feel like I truly have my life back. I first saw Dr. Roumell but she realized that my case was a little trickier than she thought so she referred me to Dr. Martinez. To me this said a lot because other doctors can be too prideful to say hey I've done as much as I think I can and it would benefit you to see someone else. Dr. Roumell got the ball rolling in my healing no doubt about it and then Dr. Martinez just kicked it up a couple notches. I am so grateful I live in the area to be able to see her on a regular basis. I will continue to be treated by them and once I decide to start a family of my own Dr. Roumell will be my go to!

I started my journey at Nourish with Dr. Martinez in March of 2024, and it has been an exceptional experience from the start. I immediately felt welcomed and excited about my visit. Dr. Martinez attentively listened as I went through my list of symptoms, addressing each one thoroughly. Not only did she want to understand my health struggles, but she made it a point to understand who I was as a person, i.e. communication styles, family/friend life, etc. Following our first appointment, she provided me with a comprehensive plan to tackle my symptoms and improve my overall well-being. Her genuine care for her patients is evident in her approach. I've never had such a positive experience with a doctor before, she caught things that so many doctors have missed and I am already feeling like a human again! Even the front desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I am eager to continue my health journey with Nourish and Dr. Martinez. I was so impressed that I recommended Nourish to a friend, and she has already scheduled an appointment.

Nourish Medical Center has been such a gem in my healing journey. I started seeing Dr. Martinez in summer of 2021. She has helped my gastrointestinal issues and helped me to increase my energy level tenfold! I feel like such a different person than I have for the past couple of years and I have her to thank.

Dr Martinez is a wonderful part of my personal health team. She is compassionate and knowledgeable in looking at your whole health profile. She custom compounds my thyroid medication to get great numbers. I had struggled with generic thyroid medications previously.

Great experience. Dr. Martinez helped me with adrenal exhaustion, H pylori, as well as other gut issues I was dealing with that multiple GI doctors could not help me with. I am still on the road to recovery but I am in a much better place than when I started 5 months ago. This kind of attention to health takes a high level of commitment + time but its so worth it. I also appreciate high level of communication between myself and the staff at nourish. They do a good job with their patient portal. Would definetely recommend!

Love this place! First off, it's super cute, inviting and clean! Such a different feel from your average stale doctors office that I dread going to. I've been seeing Dr. Martinez who is the sweetest! I have so appreciated her gentle spirit and knowing she truly cares about all my issues and concerns. She helps to explain and inform about sometimes complex topics to help me better understand whats going on, and tackle the issues in the best way. I have felt a 180 shift for the better after following her expertise and look forward to continuing on the path to optimal health. I had some blood work done with Damarias who was obviously a seasoned pro. It was quick and easy, and we enjoyed a and friendly conversation while I was in and out in minutes. The front desk staff has always been friendly and efficient with booking appointments and any questions I've had. For me, having a place like Nourish that I look forward to visiting and TRUST in for my care is PRICELESS!

Dr. Martinez has been a great help to me and my husband. When we weren’t making the progress we needed with traditional medicine, she came alongside us and helped us reach greater levels of energy and well-being! This was so timely as we hit new challenges in life with kids growing up and parents health failing, while at the same time aging ourselves!

I found Dr. Martinez in October 2014 and I am so glad I did! I was suffering from chronic infections and after many rounds of antibiotics within a few months, I knew I had to dig deeper and find a doctor that wouldn't just keep feeding me "band-aids" and prescriptions. Dr. Martinez knew exactly what to test for and boy am I glad she did. I have been infection/antibiotic free for a whole year now since following her instructions to heal my body. Although I was fairly overwhelmed with all of the not so amazing results of the tests, (Candida overgrowth, heavy metals, leaky gut) she knew exactly what to do and I felt relieved despite the news. She is SO supportive, uplifting, charismatic, and optimistic. She truly listens to all of my concerns/opinions/ideas and most definitely wants the absolute best for all of her patients.
